BPL has been investing in real estate sector over the years with properties in different part of Lagos State, Ogun State and Oyo State.
Presently, the assets are being managed by a well-established property firm with experienced professionals with a view of prolonging the useful lifespan of the properties and also ensuring that the highest and best use of the assets are derived.
BPL however has a long term plan of establishing subsidiary - Bunkers Properties Limited- that will take up the responsibilities presently handled by the property firm.
